Always love eating here for lunch. Quick service and good food. Very friendly.

Food was great, we bought spicy teriyaki chicken and yokisoba. The place was very clean and the price was perfect for the portion we received. Its a shame that it is in an area with not a lot of access by people but good on the speed of service.

Veggie stir fried rice was great!!!

Really enjoyed the Chicken Teriyaki special. Angela was wonderful and was very helpful with making recommendations. Great variety of food with the teriyaki special and at a great price. The menu had a wide variety of selections to include some Korean dishes. My friend got the bulgogi and enjoyed his meal. Will definitely be coming back and make this a regular spot.

Place is pretty good, staff was nice, food came lightning quick, and the price was right. Food itself was tasty, rice was well cooked, and the teriyaki was flavorful and we'll balanced (not too sweet or salty).

Happy teriyaki is my favorite local teriyaki place. The one in DuPont is great. Friendly, fast service. Good daily specials and reasonable prices. Can get busy at peak times but staff turn tables quickly so the waiting in minimal. Food is served quickly.

We just had the happy platter for two...AMAZING! Shrimps were huge and tasty, teriyaki chicken was juicy and flavorful, pork chop was on point, spare ribs were awesome, and gyoza were perfectly crispy and yummy. For the price we will get 2-3 meals easy and we loved it. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Not a good amount of food for the money. Great friendly service.I ask for my chicken cooked "CHARGED BLACK", and it did "NOT" come that way. "VERY DISAPPOINTING"Nice place inside, but a ""COLD" atmosphere.They need to have more of a "COZY" "WELCOMING" decore.

Ordered lunch special. Low price and I can understand why. Pork was way undercooked and had absolutely no flavor. Chicken tasted like it has some age. Went to pay bill and they tried to add a drink to my order. Only drank water. Go to any other teriyaki place in Dupont. I should have know, since the place was barely half full at prime lunch time. Bye bye Happy Teriyaki.

I love this place. The food is always out quick, and I’ve never been disappointed with anything I ordered. I’m pretty sure they make some of the items like crab rangoon from scratch. When I came back for the first time in almost five years they remembered me and asked if my wife was going to be coming in. It’s that kind of family place. They also have a koi pond, which is just really relaxing to sit and watch.

DuPont has 4 Teriyaki places and the other 3 don't come close to Happy. My brother and I can walk in and they'll know what we want to drink, and know we want one of a few things. The lunch and dinner specials are amazingly priced and comes with a ton of food. The food comes quick too!

This place has the best chicken fried rice I have ever tried love it!

The beef had a lot of fat. I was unable to chew at least a 1/4 of my plate. The flavor was fine. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean.

Went in for lunch food was amazing. I had the pork yakisoba it was great. I will come back and also recommend it.

Fast lunches. If your wanting a sit down meal and heading out on the freeway this is the place to go in DuPont. Fast service, good food, right off the freeway.

I’ve been here several times to pick up lunch on a to go order and it’s always ready as soon as get there. No long wait, always polite. My food is generally spot on, there was only one time my food lacked serious flavor. I ordered chicken chow mein with my coworker and maybe they cooked it together but didn’t add more sauce/seasoning. I went a time after by myself and it was as good as it was my first few times going. Overall I recommend!

The taste is great and the location is perfect since it's so close to JBLM. Atmosphere is quiet yet pleasant, but that's now what I came for. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef and went in thinking it was gonna be small portions but honestly for the price and the portion you get, it's massive. One order can easily feed two people. I'm pretty sure I'm getting close to 50grams of protein which for me hitting the weights makes this place perfect if I didn't meal prep myself that day. The veggies were just steamed cabbage which is perfectly fine since they're nutritious, and you get a modest portion of white rice.

Horrible food. Soggy sweet and sour, Mongolian beef was bland and tasted like it didn't marinate long. You know it's bad when you walk in and don't smell food. Don't waste your money!!!

This is a really good place to eat, don’t think I’ve eaten anything here that I have not liked. Very clean and a very nice staff. They are also really good about getting your order out to you relatively quickly, and they are priced very well. Pretty hard to find anything to complain about.

I wasn't informed they weren't allowed to serve anything but teriyaki or noodles until after we had been seated and served drinks, and given a full menu of sushi rolls and other seafood options. Apparently, a health department issue. Beware.

I used to go to this place all the time for their fried rice until yesterday when I came to pick up my call in order and noticed the fried rice shrimp are no long jumbos didn’t now salad size, along with less meat beef/chicken but their still charging the same price!! It blow my mind. When I mentioned about my food the lady said a new owner has took over! Wow! How can you charge the same Price for less Food!!! UnFortunately the years I have a spent going to this place is now over due to the new owner choices!!

First time visitor - in town on business and staying next door at the Hampton Inn. Super convenient to the hotel. Didn't want to go searching for a place to eat so came here.Very clean. Counter help was courteous and efficient. Ordered the lemon chicken breast and rice - it was cooked fine. Chicken was lightly flavored with lemon - tender and good. Rice was sticky but tasted good.

Best teriyaki and sushi and ramen for miles. So tasty. Clean, comfortable setting - nice koi pond in the waiting area.

Friendly staff, lunch specials that are different every weekday as well as decently priced. As for flavor/quality... I'd honestly say it's a good quick easy lunch choice but it is not the greatest. Their Chinese food entrees are ok overall too but nothing to rave about.

Happy Teriyaki Dupont is a nice restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and it was mouth watering. They also serve Sushi, but I didn't try it this time. The service was superb with very friendly staff and the food was ready quickly. The menu includes a wide range of dishes and I will be coming back here to try out something new. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in Dupont, Steilacoom, or Joint Base Lewis McChord. Its conveniently located right off I-5 exit 119.

The restaurant is fair. The service is always super fast, and the food is good. Nut nothing else makes it stand out from the rest

Teriyaki is Japanese this place is Korean owned so non authentic teriyaki and or sushi which is what's on the menu with the choice off 5 to 6 rolls which is very shameful... the young gal at the counter was very rude and very uninviting. I will not be going here anymore.

Discovered this place while doing door dash! I ordered the bento box which came with a TON of food for only $16. The food is all very tasty! They were nice and it was clean inside! I will be going back.
